FlowLine

A modular conveyor and sorting system that reconfigures in hours, not weeks, when a production line's layout changes.

$29,500

Production layouts change more often than most conveyor systems can keep up with. FlowLine's sections click together and reroute through software, so a layout change that used to mean a weekend of rewiring now takes an afternoon.

Routes by sight, not stickers

Instead of relying on barcodes that can be scratched, misapplied, or missing, FlowLine's vision system identifies and routes parts by shape and appearance — which also means it catches a misrouted or defective part before it reaches the next station.

Plays well with the rest of the floor

FlowLine ships pre-configured to feed Atlas Arm and Forge Line work cells directly, and exposes an open API for anything else already running on a line. Most installs are up and sorting on day one, with layout adjustments handled entirely in software after that.
