A humanoid factory robot standing on an automotive assembly line

Forge Line

A factory-floor robot built to stand shoulder to shoulder with your assembly line, not replace the people running it.

$64,000

Forge Line was designed around a simple constraint: it has to work on a line that already has people on it. No safety cage, no exclusion zone — just force-limited joints and a vision system that tracks every person in its cell, thirty times a second.

Where it earns its keep

Forge Line handles the repetitive, precision-critical steps — panel placement, fastener torque, weld-seam tracking — that wear down human attention over an eight-hour shift, while leaving judgment calls to the people who are good at them.

Up and running fast

A typical Forge Line install goes from crate to first cycle in nine working days, including safety validation. Every unit ships with the same vision stack that powers our FormPrint 3D and FlowLine lines, so a plant running more than one of our machines gets one dashboard, not three.
